‘White-tailed eagle check’ in the beautiful morning light at KRANORAMA

Geese and ducks fly up together and confuse Germany's largest bird of prey in the commotion – our charismatic cranes are alert and huddle together.

The day before yesterday, over 5.5 tonnes of maize and feed wheat were spread on our distraction feeding area at KRANORAMA – so let's go! And afterwards to KRANICHWELTEN (or before). Our new international NABU experience centre KRANICHWELTEN (10 a.m. to 5.30 p.m., Straße des Friedens 21c, 18445 Altenpleen OT Günz) has a wonderful, informative exhibition – as well as a bistro with coffee specialities and sweet or savoury treats – welcome.
